Heidi Ramer

Heidi eased her way into the family business over the years. She began in 2002 in a part-time position as the agency’s only Customer Service Representative. She has held just about every position within the agency and has now settled into the role of Business Manager, where she enjoys the day-to-day bookkeeping and human resource operations of owning a business. She is continually rewarded by working with the phenomenal staff as they strive for a professional yet personalized experience with every single customer.

 Heidi earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Manchester University and has 16 years of combined experience in restaurant and property management. In January 2023 Heidi became a published author of a memoir titled Her Words, My Voice. She is an active member of Fairview Fellowship Church and Board Treasurer of the Noble County Domestic Violence Task Force. Heidi is a member of the Kendallville Board of Zoning Appeals, and a past president and current member of the Kendallville Rotary Club.

 Heidi and her husband, Jarrod, have two adult children and are enjoying their time as empty nesters!  Free time now includes road trips for live music, world travel, photography, excessive reading, cooking, watching Formula 1 racing, Indianapolis Colts football and Kansas basketball!
