In March 2024, Bailey became a valued member of the Black & Ramer Insurance team after studying finance and playing football at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. Born in Fort Wayne and raised in Laotto, he now resides in Avilla. Bailey graduated from East Noble High School, where he played football for four years and helped lead the team to its first state championship game in nearly two decades. Through his experiences in sports and academics, he developed strong time management skills that have proven invaluable in both his personal and professional life.

Initially, Bailey hadn’t considered insurance as a career path. However, after completing several internships and engaging in discussions with industry professionals, he discovered a genuine passion for the field. He quickly recognized that insurance offers a rewarding opportunity to serve the community while building lasting relationships.

Bailey is thrilled to be part of the Black & Ramer Insurance team and looks forward to connecting with colleagues and community members alike. Specializing in both personal and commercial lines, he is committed to serving the needs of the community with dedication and care.
